We are a firm specializing credit collection or debt collection for creditors residing outside of Japan.  Those credits are called “foreign creditors” for which debtors are in Japan (Japanese debtors).  Debtors we are collecting from are in most cases Japanese individuals or Japanese companies and foreign creditors are in most cases foreign companies or foreign individual creditors outside of Japan. 

We represent foreign creditors who want to collect the outstanding balance of credit from and against debtors in Japan.

Upon receipt of the above information by email, we will then start communication with you for further information if such are required or necessary. 

In most cases, we will contact by telephone the debtor and revert to you their reaction without charging any fee to you.  After several communications by our law firm with debtors in Japan without charging any fee to you, we will discuss with you the possibility of the successful collection and the possible legal methods that we will recommend for you to collect your credit against Japanese debtors, informing you of the debtor's financial situation and his willingness to pay to you or his proposal of installment payment. 

We will then and only at that time discuss our legal fee with you.  But in most cases according to our past experiences in collection of credit against Japanese debtors, we will be able to offer you probably a very minimum cost of our legal fee as compared to the amount to be collected from Japanese debtor.
